CONDITIONS OF RETURN OF GOODS
Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange or return a product if it does not meet your expectations. The following conditions apply:
- the purchase was made in the online-store marbeli.com.ua;
- no more than 14 days have passed since receiving the product;
- there is proof of payment for the product and delivery;
- a completed return or exchange form is provided;
- the item has not been used and is in the same condition as when received.
Returns are only accepted if the item meets the following conditions:
- no stains, damage, or defects resulting from use or improper storage;
- all tags, labels, and manufacturer markings are intact;
- the original packaging is preserved (if applicable).
THE ORDER OF RETURN
Conditions of returning a product:
- Ensure that the item meets the return conditions stated on the website.
- Pack the item in its original packaging.
- If the order includes multiple items, pack them all together.
- If the returned item was part of a promotional offer with a free gift, the entire set must be returned.
To proceed with a return or exchange, you must fill out a special return form and send it along with the item. The form must indicate any defects or issues in case of returning a faulty product.
The return form is included with every purchase in the online store marbeli.com.ua. If you lose the form, you can contact our representatives to get a new one.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Returns must be made via the same postal service used for the original shipment.
When processing a return at a postal office, ensure the declared value of the item matches the purchase amount according to the receipt. The postal service will only reimburse the declared value in case of loss or damage.
If an item is returned using cash on delivery, it will be sent back to the sender without reimbursement of its value or postal service costs.
HOW TO USE THE “EASY RETURN” SERVICE FROM NOVA POSHTA?
If you ordered a product with Nova Poshta delivery, but it does not suit you, you can easily request a return through the Nova Poshta mobile app.
First, inform our manager about the return. Within 14 days of receiving your package, you can return the item for free using the “Easy Return” service.
Be sure to check the product before returning it. It must be in good condition, packed in its original wrapping, and accompanied by a sales receipt and warranty card.
To use the “Easy Return” service:
- Log in to the Nova Poshta mobile app or business account.
- Go to “My Shipments” and select the parcel you want to return.
- In the “Manage Parcel” section, choose “Easy Return”.
- Select the reason for return from the available options.
- Create a new electronic shipping label and send the item back via parcel locker, branch, or courier.
The “Easy Return” service may be unavailable if:
more than 14 days have passed since receiving the parcel.
the shipping invoice was redirected or marked for return;
you manually moved the shipment to “Archive”;
