We deliver products across Ukraine using the “Nova Poshta” courier service.
Orders are shipped within 1-4 days if the product is in stock. If the item is out of stock, our manager will inform you about the production and delivery time.
The courier service does not deliver to war zones or temporarily occupied territories.
You can receive your order at the nearest Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker, or use courier delivery to the address convenient for you.
The delivery cost is paid by the customer according to the fees of “Nova Poshta” logistic service.
Estimated delivery time within Ukraine via “Nova Poshta”:
1-2 days – to major cities;
2-4 days – to towns and villages distant from main transport routes.
Estimated international delivery time – 10-20 days from the date of shipment.
Please note that during sales periods, the dispatch time may increase to 5-10 business days after order confirmation.

Free delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker is available for orders over 5000 UAH, provided full prepayment is made.
Please note that delivery service begins once the seller processes and ships the order. In case of order cancellation after shipment, postal expenses are non-refundable.
We offer international delivery worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.
Orders are shipped via “Ukrposhta” logistic service at a fixed rate of 800 UAH. The estimated delivery time is 10 – 20 days from the shipping date.
We are not responsible for potential customs delays. Once the package arrives in the destination country, custom duties and taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations. The recipient is responsible for paying all additional customs fees.
